VIN-Programmed Fuel Pump Control Modules
The Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM), also called FSCM, controls fuel pump speed and pressure in modern GM vehicles. Located on the frame rail, this module receives commands from the ECM to regulate fuel delivery.
FPCM Failure Symptoms
- Engine cranks but will not start
- Extended cranking before starting
- Engine stalling (especially when hot)
- P0230, P0231 fuel pump codes
- Reduced power or hesitation
Our fuel pump modules are programmed to your VIN and ready for plug-and-play installation. No fuel system bleeding or special procedures required.
